Leticia “Lety” Elizondo

Managing Partner

A lawyer with more than ten years of practice in mergers and acquisitions, financial law, corporate law and cross-border transactions.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Her professional background includes serving as in-house counsel at Fibra Educa and as an associate at Galicia Abogados, S.C. She began her practice as a legal intern at Notary Public No. 105, with Lic. Conrado Zuckermann.

As managing partner of the firm in Mexico City, her practice focuses on sports law, financial law and mergers and acquisitions.

Former President of the NU-Kellogg Club of Mexico and Executive in Residence at the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Adolfo Reyes Velázquez

Of Counsel

Adolfo Reyes Velázquez is Of Counsel at Elizondo Cabrera Abogados, where he is part of the firm's Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity and Private Wealth Management practices.

He has more than twenty years of experience advising companies and business ventures on corporate matters, and on structuring, drafting and negotiating complex transactions and agreements, including technology transfer, software licensing, franchising and the commercialization of goods and services. His practice also covers e-commerce, intellectual property and data protection.

He collaborates with CIAE's technology innovation incubator.

He holds a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho and completed specialized studies in Corporate Economic, Commercial, Financial and International Trade Law at Universidad Panamericana.
